"I donโt typically leave reviews, but I have been so happy with Harold Muller and his office from the time I switched my policy here from out-of-state. Honestly, I havenโt had to have much commutation with them until today, which I guess is when it counts. I was in a car accident last night and called the office this afternoon to discuss my options with Harold. I left a message and didnโt expect a call back until the next day (it was later in the day), but he called me back within 10 minutes. He took the time (and it was after 5pm) and went over everything with me, gave me my options and once I decided what to do he got the ball rolling immediately. His customer service is excellent and I really appreciate that. He connected me to the claims department and I was shocked at how wonderful the claims associate was! He got me set up with a tow truck (which showed up about an hour later), called the repair shop and set up for my car to be received there, then he got me set up with a rental car (which Iโll pick up in the morning). Iโm getting married in 2 weeks and this was the absolute last thing I wanted to be dealing with while getting all the last minute wedding details taken care of. Harold and State Farm are taking care of ALL of it. I couldnโt be more pleased. They really are there when you need them. Thanks so much!"

"Not much to say, this guy knows insurance. I switched my policy here from out of state and was disturbed at first by the vast price difference, my same policy being almost twice as much here than in Colorado! Nevertheless, Muller clearly explained the costs and services in a way that was comprehensible and understandable without being the least bit condescending. It is a shame that all salesmen arenโt more like him"

"Have had a policy with State Farm for over 15 years, at this specific location for last few years with multiple vehicles. Harold is nice, but his support staff are rude and unprofessional. When you leave a phone or email message they do not respond, attempted multiple times. I sold one of my vehicles and called and talked to someone in person to cancel the policy. Two weeks later vehicle was not canceled from the policy."
